Having
been a very wet and windy winter so far, there has not been many visitors
to Barisdale since October (with the exception of a few new year revellers).
Severe downpours have had the river in full spate on several occasions and
caused landslides in various places.
As
we are into February now the stalking season has drawn to a close and the
task of path repairs begins just as the forecast snow arrives!
With
hopes of spring not too far away Barisdale is looking forward once again
to the arrival of the seasons first visitors whether it's first
timers or faithful regulars!
