Barisdale is
approximately two hours drive from the city of Inverness, which has both a
railway station and an international airport. Fort Willaim, approximately
an hour and a half to the south, is the nearest railway station.Visitors
should note that the final hour's drive, from Invergarry to Kinloch Hourn,
is mainly single track road and although is only approximately 27 miles it
can take longer than expected.
